2- Prohibition of spending on training grants, training rewards and scholarships at home or abroad.

3- Prohibition of spending on social services credits – other than monthly or seasonal social benefits, sports and entertainment for workers.

4- Prohibition of increasing the number of meetings or attending sessions and committees than what was done in the fiscal year 2020/2021, with a 50% reduction in the value of the allowance for attending a single session or meeting.
