Al-Ahly club defender Badr Banoun spoke about his joining the Moroccan national team and his exclusion from the first team.
Badr Bannoun scored a goal with the Moroccan national team, against the Gambia team, in the friendly match, which ended with Morocco winning by seven goals to two.
Bannon said in official statements to the Moroccan Football Association, “We are a few meters away from the Arab Cup. The group’s harmony prevails because of the presence of Hussein Amota, the coach of the national team for years.”
He continued, “We are waiting for strong competitions in the Arab Cup, and the goal of these friendly matches is to increase the group’s readiness and correct mistakes before starting the official matches.”
Badr Banoun concluded his statements, “There is no difference between joining the first national team or the reserve team, the most important thing is to defend the colors of my country.”
