A South African court has found Milutin Sredojevic “Micho” the former Uganda coach and former Zamalek coach, guilty of two counts of sexual harassment.

According to the BBC, the South African court of Jikpurha, with 3 years in prison for each charge, with a suspended sentence of 5 years, meaning that any other violation will land Micho in prison.

BBC revealed that Micho appealed the verdict immediately.

The events date back to December 2020, when Micho was coach of the Zambia national team, when he harassed a waitress in a cafe.

Micho led Zamalek in 12 matches in all competitions, winning seven matches, drawing one and losing four, as he succeeded Christian Gross in the team’s training.

Micho won the Egypt Cup with Zamalek, but left the team in trouble in the group stage of the African Champions League, but his successor Patrice Carteron was able to qualify the team for the quarter-finals, in the version that Zamalek lost led by Jamie Pacheco in the final against Al-Ahly.
