Press reports blew up a resounding surprise regarding the developments of the Zamalek case against his former player, Mahmoud Abdel Moneim, “Kahraba”, the Al-Ahly player.
The reports confirmed that Nasr Azzam, the club’s lawyer, Zamalek, during the hearing on the “Kahraba” case in the “Cas” Sports Court, requested that the club receive a financial compensation of 10 million dollars from the player.
Nasr Azzam explained during the hearing in the “Kahraba” case at the Sports Court “Cas” that the player’s marketing value at the time of his departure from Zamalek was greater than the value of the star, Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool player and the current Egyptian national team.
Reports indicated that Nasr Azzam had a complete file containing all the documents confirming the departure of “Kahraba” to Portugal and then his transfer to the traditional rival Al-Ahly Club, despite the existence of an official contract between him and Zamalek to stay with the white team.
It is expected that the decision of the Sports Court “CAS” regarding Mahmoud Kahraba’s case will be issued in the coming hours.
