ES Setif lost a tough score to Mauritanias Nouadhibou by three goals to one, making it difficult for its position to rise before the return match next week.

Sundowns and Petro Atletico draw

Angolan Petro Atletico tied with Congolese Otto Dio with two goals, the same result that tied Sun Downs with its host Maniema, the champion of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, while Simba of Tanzania won with two goals outside the field of Botswanas Guangxi.
