Pitso Mosimane, coach of the first team in Al-Ahly club, confirmed that all parties were happy after the last meeting he had with Amir Tawfiq, director of contracts in the Red Castle, in the presence of his wife and his agent, Tigali Moira.
Amir Tawfiq had confirmed in official statements two days ago that Musimani would continue in his position until the end of his contract, denying all the rumors about the latter’s request for an increase in his contract with the Red Genie.
The South African coach republished Al-Ahly’s tweet, which monitored Amir Tawfiq’s recent statements through his account on the social networking site Twitter.
Mosimane commented on that tweet, saying: “Thank you very much to Al-Ahly, all parties are happy after this meeting, we all continue with all our energies and focus to end the current contract that ends at the end of this season.”
Speaking about the date of renewing his contract with Al-Ahly, Pitso Mosimane said, “God willing, we may want to enter into discussions regarding the new contract. But it is all about timing.”
It is noteworthy that Al-Ahly had announced in the same statement that the negotiations to renew the contract with Musimani had been postponed indirectly, as he stated in the words of Tawfiq: “The session took place in a friendly atmosphere that also witnessed a positive dialogue about some future matters and there was a great understanding between the two parties, and it was agreed to resolve all These matters are at the end of the current decade.”
