The joint data initiative “JODI” showed that crude oil inventories in Saudi Arabia declined last August, while exports of black gold to the Kingdom increased.

The data indicated that Saudi crude stocks fell by 1.941 million barrels to 133.164 million barrels last August.

The data also showed an increase in Saudi crude oil exports by 0.123 million barrels per day on a monthly basis in August, to 6.450 million barrels per day.

With regard to refineries in Saudi Arabia, “Judy” said that Saudi refineries’ consumption of crude rose last August by 0.064 million barrels per day to 2.521 million barrels per day.
