The Swiss city of Zurich will host the draw for the FIFA Club World Cup to be held in the United Arab Emirates.

The draw will be held at 6 pm tomorrow, Monday, November 29, 2021, according to the International Football Association Board (FIFA).

The dates of the tournament matches, which are supposed to be held in the UAE, are scheduled for early 2022.

The Egyptian Al-Ahly team and the Brazilian Palmeiras will participate for the second time in a row, and this is the seventh time in the history of Al-Ahly.

The clubs of Chelsea, Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia, Monterrey of Mexico, Auckland City of New Zealand and Al Jazira of the United Arab Emirates also guaranteed their participation in the current edition.

It is scheduled, according to FIFA, that broadcaster and journalist Samantha Johnson will present the ceremony, with the draw to be conducted by the Director of Competitions for the International Football Association, Jaime Yarza, with the help of former Chelsea captain John Terry, who played 78 international matches with the England national team.

Al-Ahly qualified for the Club World Cup after winning the African Champions League for the tenth time at the expense of South Africas Kaizer Chiefs.

Al-Ahly ranked third in the last edition in Doha, equaling its best achievement in the tournament, which it achieved in 2006.
