The Ismaili team continued the series of negative results, after falling at the hands of the Al-Ahly Bank team (1-0) within the accounts of the third round of the Egyptian We League competition.

The game’s only goal came through Mohamed Hilal in the 71st minute of the match, for Hilal to score his third goal in the new season after coming from Wadi Degla in the last transfer market.

Moussa Diawara missed a dangerous opportunity for Al-Ahly Bank in the 88th minute, but the substitute goalkeeper Mohamed Fawzy saved the ball and the match ended with this result.

The match witnessed the injury of Ahmed Adel Abdel Moneim, the Ismaili goalkeeper, after a strong intervention from the Al-Ahly Bank player, so that the technical staff of the Dervishes decided to use Mohamed Fawzy.

Al-Ismaili has not succeeded in obtaining any point so far in the league competition after losing to Al-Ahly (4-0) and then Ceramica Cleopatra (2-1).

On the other hand, Al-Ahly Bank achieved the second victory of the new season after the opening of the league by defeating Talaa Al-Jaish 3-0, before losing in the last round to Al-Ahly (1-0).

The Al-Ahly Bank team climbed to the third place temporarily with six points, equal to the trio of Al-Ahly, Zamalek and Pyramids. On the other hand, Ismaily fell to the last place without any points.

It is scheduled that he will meet Al-Ismaili in the next round against Zamalek after returning from the international break, in return, the bank’s team will play against Ceramica Cleopatra.
