Egypt.. The first comment from the widow of the dismissed pilot after Muhammad Ramadan was fined 6 million pounds

Ghada Al-Mustakawi, the widow of pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, said that she is currently communicating with her lawyer to implement the ruling of the Court of Cassation regarding the fine of the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, with 6 million pounds.

Today, Thursday, the Court of Cassation, headed by Counselor Omar Shawda, upheld the ruling issued by the Economic Court fining the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, 6 million pounds in favor of the family of the late pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, in the case of “the plane cabin crisis.”

The pilot’s widow added, in a statement to Masrawy, on Wednesday: “We will not reconcile or enter into any negotiations with Muhammad Ramadan. There is nothing new until now, but the lawyers see how we implement the ruling.”

And the Cairo Economic Court had decided to compensate the pilot, Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, with an amount of 6 million pounds from the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, for the damages he sustained due to a picture published by Ramadan on a plane led by Captain Abu Al-Yusr, and the subsidiary lawsuit was rejected.
