And the Egyptian national team said in an official statement: “Fathi suffered a concussion in one of the collisions during the match between Egypt and Lebanon, where he was given first aid in this case and changed according to the regulations.”
In the same context, Muhammad Abul-Ela, the team doctor, confirmed that Fathi is fine and his condition is stable, but that a protocol for such cases must be followed, including the tests he will conduct tomorrow.
Fathi was injured during Egypt’s 1-0 victory over Lebanon at the start of their matches in the Arab Cup.
