5 schoolgirls became victims of a school worker in Maadi, after they were humiliated by their families, but the victims exceeded the threats of the accused and told their family what happened. The prosecution investigated the incident and imprisoned the perpetrator pending investigations.
The investigations of the case included hearing the statements of the victims families, so the parents of a child victim decided that they had been assaulted in the school’s bathroom, so they took her to a hospital and found infections in her chastity areas.
The prosecution heard the guardians of 4 other girls, and they confirmed that they discovered the incident from their daughters and brought them to the hospital to find out that they were suffering from infections in the areas of their chastity.
For its part, the National Council for Motherhood and Childhood recommended handing over the girls to their eligibility and transferring them to a psychological counseling room with follow-up of their condition and provision of psychological support sessions and behavior modification.
The Public Prosecution interrogated the accused, and he denied the accusations against him, and presented him to the girls, and some of them recognized him, stressing that he was the one who infringed their chastity in the school toilet.
