Today, Wednesday, Russia and Greece signed five agreements, following talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
A joint Russia-Greece action plan for the period 2022-2024 was signed, according to a statement posted on the Kremlin’s website. A protocol on amending the agreement between the Government of the Soviet Union and Greece on the prevention of accidents at sea outside territorial waters was signed on April 10, 1991.
In addition, two memoranda of understanding were signed: on cooperation in the development and operation of laser infrastructure between the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Greek Ministry of Development and Investment.
A memorandum of understanding on technical cooperation in the field of tax administration was also signed between the Russian Federal Tax Service and the Independent State Revenue Agency of Greece.
Another document was concluded, which is a joint business program of the Federal Tourism Agency of Russia and the Greek Ministry of Tourism for the period 2022-2024 in the field of tourism.
