The artist Samir Sabry asks the cinema people: Do you forget me, or is the personality of the presenter a tyrant?

The Egyptian artist, Samir Sabry, expressed his displeasure at not being honored by the film industry festivals, especially the Cairo International Film Festival, of which he is one of its founders.

Sabry said in an interview on the “ON” TV channel: “I have done more than 130 films, I have played many sweet roles.. and there is no film festival that honored me for my cinematic work. Perhaps they forgot or the personality of the presenter tyrannizes the personality of the cinema artist. I was one of the founders of the Cairo Film Festival. I expected to be honored, but the biggest prize for me is that people in the street like my films.”

The Egyptian actor and multi-talented artist indicated that he is happy with everything he has done in cinema, radio and television, and said in this regard: “Everything I did in cinema, television or radio is close to my heart…because I learned that I do what I love and love what I do, I feel that my talent has been achieved. In front of the radios microphone… I still have a program on the radio.”

In a related matter, the “Cairo 24” news website reported that the great artist Samir Sabry attended the opening ceremony of the 43rd Cairo International Film Festival, to present the Golden Pyramid Award to his friend, the artist Nelly.

It was reported that Samir Sabry appeared on the stage, by the way, while he was leaning on a crutch, while talking about his relationship with the artist, Nelly, and their joint beginning.
