According to the statement, the first “environmentally friendly” flight will go from Cairo to the French capital, Paris, on January 22, bearing the number “799”, according to an official statement.
And EgyptAir decided to offer a special discount for this flight of up to 40%. A special logo for the flight was allocated to be placed on all its products and materials used, “Green Service Flight”, which was written in green, symbolizing a clean environment.
In the future, EgyptAir seeks to reduce the use of “single-use” plastic on its flights by 90%.
