The Egyptian Ministry of Health revealed the epidemiological situation of the Corona virus in children in the country.
In statements to the Egyptian newspaper, “Al-Watan”, Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that “Children’s infections with the Corona virus are possible, but it cannot be said that Corona virus infections among children are widespread, as it is the least possible among children, and infection with the virus is Corona targets all age groups, and we must all take all necessary precautions to prevent the virus,” noting that “Corona virus infections in Egypt are increasing during this period and the coming days, according to expectations set to deal with the virus.”
Abdel Ghaffar stressed that “the PCR analysis is able to detect the virus and its variants, and that there is a tendency to reduce the price of the swab and study from all directions, to put its cost in proportion to the citizen.”
He continued, “It is expected that this wave will continue for four weeks, and citizens must take all necessary health measures to prevent the virus.”
