EgyptAir organizes a trip to transport Egyptian fans to support the national team in Cameroon

Today, Saturday, the national company, EgyptAir, is organizing a special flight, No. 3040, to transport the fans of the national football team to Cameroon and their return to support and motivate the team’s players, on board its latest plane.

The company is running a trip carrying 300 Egyptian fans to Cameroon to support the national team in its second match in the African Cup of Nations of Guinea-Bissau.

The Egyptian team, led by coach Carlos Queiroz, will play its second match in the first round of the 2021 African Nations Championship against Guinea Bissau at Armadi Adgia Stadium, which hosted the first Pharaohs match in the tournament last Tuesday, which ended with the victory of the Eagles with a clean goal.

Egypt is bottom of Group D standings in the African Nations Championship, after losing the first round match in the group stage against its Nigerian counterpart, with a goal in return, and Nigeria leads with three points, and Sudan comes in second place with one point, then Guinea-Bissau with the same balance in third, and in the fourth and last place sits Pharaohs without points.

The Egyptian national team enters tonight’s match and has no alternative to winning the three points, to maintain its hopes of climbing and qualifying for the second round of the tournament, especially since in the event of a stumble it will face the specter of exit from the first round and will wait for CAF accounts to choose the best among the third-placed teams to qualify for the next round.
