The Kuwaiti Cabinet decided to limit the number of workers in government workplaces to no more than 50%.

The decision of the Council of Ministers was assigned to each government agency to determine the appropriate percentage for it, which does not exceed these limits, provided that the decision is implemented from the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, until further notice, and the Civil Service Bureau is assigned to implement the decision.

The head of the Government Communication Center, the official spokesman for the government, Tariq Al-Mazram, said through the center’s official account on the social networking site “Twitter” today, Monday, that the cabinet called on the private sector to reduce the number of workers in workplaces to the minimum possible for the conduct of business.

Al-Muzram added that the decisions included emphasizing on workers in nurseries and children’s clubs the necessity of completing immunization against the Corona virus, as well as ensuring that they adhere to the application of health requirements.

And he indicated that the Council of Ministers decided to limit the holding of internal meetings, conferences and courses through remote communication, starting from the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, until further notice.

He pointed out that the Council also decided to obligate public mass transportation not to exceed the number of passengers by 50%, with a commitment to implement health and preventive measures from the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, until further notice.

He said that the Council of Ministers decided to assign the Public Authority for Sports to emphasize the masses attending sports activities the need to complete immunization against the Corona virus and adhere to the application of health requirements.

He pointed out that the Council of Ministers decided to emphasize the workers and visitors of salons and health clubs of the necessity of completing immunization against the Corona virus.

And he indicated that the Council of Ministers decided to circulate to all government agencies that provide services to the auditors by implementing these services through “online”, and in the event of the need to be present, this is done by booking an appointment in the central (Mawta platform) to manage government appointments, in an easy application or booking platforms Special appointments in the entity.
