Sayeda Abdel Hamid, the wife of the late artist Younes Shalaby, said that she moved to live in Al-Shorouk Residences, after she lived in an apartment in front of the podium in Nasr City.
She added, during her meeting with the “Happening in Egypt” program, presented by the journalist Sherif Amer on the “mbc Egypt” screen, on Thursday evening, that she does not tell any of the neighbors that these are the sons of Younis Shalaby, saying: “People thought we would eat with a spoon of gold and look for how countries are.” They live here.”
And she continued, that after the death of her late husband Younis Shalaby, she worked to raise her children as they should, adding: “As long as I am living, I will feel safe because there is no one else.”
And she continued, that her only source of livelihood now is the pension of the Syndicate of Representative Professions, following up: “Praise be to God for the sustenance of our Lord, it is enough that he is making me plump, he is the only one who will stand beside me.”

Younis Shalaby died on November 12, 2007, after an artistic career full of works that won the admiration of the audience. He began his journey with acting through the theater. After graduating in 1969, he participated in his first work, The Ghoul, which opened the path to success and fame.
