In turn, the Supreme Court has upheld mandatory vaccinations in federally funded facilities.

It is noteworthy that Biden’s measure was announced in mid-September, and the government approved it in November, but the appeals against him were not delayed, especially in Texas, which is governed by Republicans opposed to mandatory vaccination.
The Federal Court of Appeals in Texas suspended the mandatory vaccination that Biden had established for employees of companies with more than 100 employees.
