Some of Vodafone Egypt’s customers, the largest mobile company in terms of the number of subscribers, are facing a problem with services in some areas, as a result of a technical malfunction outside the company’s control, and network engineers are currently working to solve the problem as soon as possible, according to Engineer Ayman Essam, Head of Relations Sector. Foreign and government company Vodafone.

The Head of the External and Government Relations Sector at Vodafone thanked the customers for their trust and understanding of the situation, stressing the company’s constant endeavor to satisfy them and making all efforts to reach the best level of service.

The volume of mobile phone subscriptions reaches about 103.45 million subscribers in Egypt at the end of December 2021, compared to 102.39 million subscribers at the end of February 2021, with a monthly growth rate of 1.04%, and compared to 95.36 million subscribers in the same month of 2020, with an annual growth rate of 8.49%.
