German press reports revealed, today, Thursday, that there is an interest from the London duo Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, to include Egyptian international Omar Marmoush, player of Wolfsburg, who is loaned to Stuttgart.
According to the German newspaper “Bild”, the 23-year-old fell within the interests of Arsenal and Tottenham, with an estimated marketing value of 4 and a half million euros.
Marmoush has a contract with Wolfsburg that will expire in 2023, as the newspaper says that if the German club does not convince the Egyptian international to renew, he will agree to his departure in the summer.
Marmoush had moved to the second team of Wolfsburg in the summer of the (2017-2018) season, coming from Wadi Degla, before the young player was promoted in the 2020-2021 season.
Marmoush went out on loan to St. Pauli, with whom he participated in the second division in Germany, and then with Stuttgart at the beginning of the current season.
Marmoush participated in 17 matches in all competitions this season, scoring three goals and making four decisive goals.
Marmoush has ten international matches with the Egyptian national team, during which he scored one goal against the Libyan national team in the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
