The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, and the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between them in various fields.

The two sides take this occasion to commend the step of forming a joint higher committee headed by the foreign ministers of the two brotherly countries, with the aim of continuous consultation and strengthening cooperation and coordination in all fields.

Within the framework of enhancing economic and investment cooperation between the two brotherly countries, the two sides refer to the agreement on a group of investments and partnerships in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with a total value of $5 billion in the coming period. Minister of Justice: Implementation of the amendments to the new real estate law will start on May 8

Counselor Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice, announced today in a press conference the start of implementing the new real estate month’s amendments, which aims to simplify the procedures for registering real estate and apartments in Egypt as of May 8.

The executive regulations for the amendments to the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Law prepared by the Ministry of Justice under the supervision of Counselor Omar Marawan allowed the possibility of submitting a request to register real estate and apartments in the real estate month electronically instead of going to the real estate registry, where the Tax Office may receive the request electronically as follows:

1- The applicant records the data and documents attached to his application shown on the form prepared for this in the electronic application, provided that he submits the originals before authentication or certification, as the case may be, and the procedures will not be completed if all the required data are not recorded.

2- The applicant acknowledges the validity of all the data and documents submitted by him, and his acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the website.

3- After saving the aforementioned data and documents, the application shows a message to the student stating the number, time and date of his application.

4- As soon as the student finishes memorizing, the request and its attachments are sent to the employee in charge of the task force, to examine it and notify the student as indicated in the second and third paragraphs of Article 7 bis.

5- When the request has been fulfilled in form, and it becomes clear to the Tax Office that there is a previous request for it, the applicant shall be notified by a text message as indicated in the fourth paragraph of Article 7 bis.

Temperatures will rise tomorrow, and Shaboura in all parts and Greater Cairo will rise to 27 degrees

This comes in implementation of the decision of the Ministry of Tourism, not to open or operate nightclubs or shops that serve alcohol on religious occasions, and the decision refers to punishing violators and referring them to the prosecution to take legal measures.

For their part, the Tourism Police’s Ethics Investigations officers implement the decision, pass the tourist facilities and point out the violators of the penalty of stopping the activity and striking off the records of the Ministry of Tourism.

Health: The death rate from infection with the Corona virus decreased by 44%

This came during the minister’s weekly meeting, which was held yesterday, Monday, with the minister’s assistants, leaders of the Ministry of Health and Population, agents and directors of health directorates in the governorates of the Republic, within the framework of continuous follow-up to the workflow of the ministry’s plan to address the Corona virus pandemic, and to follow up on developments in the epidemiological situation in the governorates, to take the necessary measures, And to ensure adherence to all preventive and precautionary measures in light of the implementation of the decisions of the Supreme Committee for Corona Crisis Management in the Council of Ministers, and to ease a number of previously approved restrictions regarding confronting the virus, in order to ensure the health and safety of citizens, and to preserve the state’s gains in addressing the pandemic.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi ratified the amendments to the new real estate month law on March 9, after it was approved by the House of Representatives, which aims to end the real estate registration crisis and the reluctance of citizens to take the procedures of the month and achieve legal protection for real estate ownership.

The law defines three cases in which any citizen can go to the real estate registry to register an apartment, property or land he owns, and it is he who has a final contract of ownership of the property.

And whoever has a customary “primary” contract whereby 5 years have passed since his possession of the property, and this is proven by the receipt of an escort or his address on the card.

The law also shortened the data and documents required for registration, as the required papers include data indicating the personality, capacity and authority of each party, with the exception of the final rulings that are required to be published, an official digital map showing the data and coordinates of the property or unit under registration, or any other official document bearing the same data. .

The papers also include the legal basis for the registration request and an acknowledgment by the person concerned of the rights established over the property subject of the registration.
