FIFA ranking.. Egypt advances..Brazil returns to the fore


The International Football Association (FIFA) announced today, Thursday, the monthly ranking of the teams for the month of March, as it witnessed the progress of the Egyptian team in the standings.

The Egyptian national team became 32nd in the world, and the “Pharaohs” team maintained its position in Africa, to occupy the fourth and second place in the Arab world.

The Senegalese team leads the rankings on the African continent, where the “Teranga Lion” team is in the 20th place.

On the other hand, the Moroccan national team leads the rankings at the Arab level, occupying 24th place.

The Egyptian team outperformed Tunisia (35 globally), Algeria (44 globally) and Saudi Arabia (49 globally).

At the international level, the Brazilian national team returned to the fore, at the expense of Belgium.

It is worth noting that the Egyptian team lost the opportunity to qualify for the 2022 World Cup after losing to Senegal on penalties (3-1), after the results of the two matches ended (1-1).
