FIFA reported that there are 9 former stars who will participate in the draw for the 2022 World Cup.
The draw will be held in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Friday.
FIFA said in a statement that the former World Cup champions Cafu (Brazil), Lothar Matthaus (Germany) and Marcel Desaillier (France) will collaborate with 6 other stars to conduct the final draw to reveal the groups for the 2022 edition.
The nine stars are:
Rabah Madjer (Algeria)
Cafu (Brazil)
Lothar Matthaus (Germany)
Jay Jay Okocha (Nigeria)
Adel Ahmed Malallah (Qatar)
Ali Daei (Iran)
Bora Milutinovic (Serbia/Mexico)
Tim Cahill (Australia)
Marcel Desaillier (France)
The draw will see the distribution of 32 teams into 8 groups.
