Al-Maliki confirmed that the cessation of military operations will begin at six o’clock on Wednesday morning in response to Al-Hajraf’s request and in support of the efforts “supportive efforts to reach a comprehensive and sustainable political solution to end the Yemeni crisis, and achieve security and stability for brotherly Yemen, which comes in the context of international initiatives and efforts under the auspices of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General.” The United Nations for Yemen and the Saudi initiative to end the Yemeni crisis and reach a comprehensive political solution,” he said.
